ATC Academy
Detailed Learning Experience
One of our goals on VX is to advocate for learning for all. Both pilots and controllers. We offer our controllers a detailed and highly useful academy on Google Classroom to use prior to beginning their ATC training to expedite the process of 1-on-1 training with your ARTCC.
To enroll in the ATC academy, fill out an enrollment request in the VX Discord, with your email, and what section of the academy you are to enroll in.
Scopes & Documents
Standard Operating Procedures
VX offers highly detailed standard operating procedures to enhance the realism. Though we don't require our controllers to scroll through 60+ pages of stuff, we do encourage our controllers to follow set procedures regardless to further enhance controlling on the network.

FAA-Inspired Radar Scopes (OBS)
VX is widely known for the realism we bring to our Air Traffic Controlling systems.Â
VX uses the Operating Broadcast Software as a way to display TRACON and airspace maps over PTFS, to further enhance controlling and realism. All of our TRACONs fully align with our charts, making them actually have a purpose as to how they look, and how they're to be operated.
TRACON and Enroute RVMs are all distributed through ARTCC facilities.
