This order is subject to the VX Flight Network Code of Conduct, and any other previous policies outlined by the VX Flight Network. This staff policy is effective as of the time of release.

Part B. Removal of Staff
The removal of a VX Moderator shall be at, and only at the approval of VX1. If the person holding the VX1 position decides to remove a user from a VX Moderation position, it shall first come with sufficient reasoning. If sufficient reasoning/evidence against the moderator is found, the moderator may be formally removed from the position with no restriction (unless otherwise noted), to access the rest of the VX Flight Network as a regular user.
Removed staff are allowed to, unless otherwise noted by VX1:
Apply for ARTCC Staff Positions
Be re-appointed to a VX Moderation position
Fly and control on the VX Flight Network like a regular VX Member
VX Moderators, along with ARTCC staff, do not have a set term limit. The only way a VX Moderator position can be opened is if, but not limited to:
If the previous person in the position formally resigns
If the person previously in the position leaves and disbands from the VX Flight Network
If the person previously in the position is removed forcibly, but formally from the position by VX1.
